Why now

Dallas County is growing faster than most churches can keep up.

New neighbors are arriving every day, bringing new cultures, new questions, and new spiritual needs. At the same time, many pastors and planters are carrying the weight of ministry alone, navigating pressure, isolation, and fatigue without shared support.

Church planting was never meant to be a solo effort. And the future of the Church in Dallas cannot rest on a few leaders carrying the load alone.

Plant Dallas exists to help churches do something together that no one church can do alone.

Most of us who lead churches believe the Bible calls us to forgive. We preach it. We counsel it. And yet many of us are quietly carrying something unresolved: a hurt from a staff member, a wound from a congregant, a partnership that ended badly. We keep leading, but the weight comes with us.

George's talk is built on a hard truth: a leader who has not processed forgiveness will reproduce unforgiveness in everything they build and shepherd. He'll share the framework that came out of his own long journey from confusion about his forgiven identity in Christ to forgiving others easily and often.
