Before you give
Is giving online secure?
Yes. All online gifts are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Plant Dallas never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Can I choose the day my monthly gift comes out?
Yes. Pick a start date when you set up a monthly gift, and it will come out on that day each month. If you'd like to change the day later, email info@plantdallas.org.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt as soon as your gift goes through. For check gifts, we'll send one after your check arrives.
How do I change or cancel a monthly gift?
Email info@plantdallas.org and we'll update or cancel it for you.
Can I designate my gift?
Online gifts support the full work of Plant Dallas. If you'd like to give toward something specific, email info@plantdallas.org before giving.
